FAQs
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order 7–10 days in advance to ensure the availability of your preferred bouquet style and seasonal flowers.
If you choose seasonal flowers and have no special requirements, 2–3 days in advance is usually sufficient.
For special or rare flowers (e.g., lily of the valley or off-season peonies), we suggest ordering 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure freshness and quality.
Q: How can I receive my flowers?
A: We provide Bay Area delivery, with fees based on distance. You can also pick up your order at our store located at 19710 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino.
Q: What are your business hours and delivery times?
A: Our business hours are:
Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Delivery and pickup times are the same as our business hours. For special time requests, please contact us in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay, and in-store payment arrangements can also be made.
Q: Can I customize the flowers or colors?
A: We offer custom bouquet services. You can choose your preferred flowers and colors, but availability depends on seasonal supply. Please contact us in advance to confirm what is possible.
Q: Will I receive the exact same bouquet as shown on the website?
A: Every bouquet is unique, and flowers vary with the season. The exact arrangement may differ from photos, but we ensure the overall style and color palette remain consistent.
Q: How should I care for my flowers?
A:
Fresh flowers: Keep in water, avoid direct sunlight and heat, change water daily, and trim stems.
Preserved flowers: Keep dry and away from direct sunlight for long-lasting beauty.
Q: How do I register for a floral workshop?
A:
Browse our Workshop page and choose a course that suits you.
Email us to confirm your time slot.
Once registered, we will send a confirmation email with course details.
Q: What is your after-sales policy and return/exchange policy?
A:
Flowers are perishable, so we cannot guarantee their lifespan. We ensure proper hydration and freshness before pick up or delivery.
After receiving your bouquet, please keep it in a cool place to extend its vase life.
Since every bouquet is custom-made and unique, returns or exchanges are not available.
